Opening Of Memorial Bathing Pavilion
Invitations have been issued for the opening of the Wellington Provincial Centennial Memorial for 10 a.m. on Monday, .January 22. Tlie ceremony will be performed by the GovernorGeneral, Lord Galway. This memorial takes tlie form of a handsomely designed bathing pavilion, erected near tlie spot on tlie Petone foreshore, where tlie first settlers of tlie New Zealand Company landed.
