MR. CASEY AS MINISTER TO WASHINGTON SYDNEY, December 26. The Canberra correspondent of the “Sydney Morning Herald” says the appointment of Mr. R. G. Casey, the Federal Minister of Supply, as the first Australian Minister to Washington, is expected to ‘be the starting point for. an important reorganization of the Federal Cabinet; but'before the Prime Minister, Mr. Menzies, undertakes the reorganization he is expected to invite the Country Party to form a Coalition Government [lt was recently reported in Melbourne that the new appointment for Mr. Casey was expected very soon.]
