AGREEMENT SIGNED

Signor Mussolini received Herr Himmler, the chief of the Gestapo.
The official news agency says they had a long and cordial conversation.
Herr Himmler and the Italian Under-Secretary for the Interior signed an agreement under which Germans resident in the Tyrol will decide by vote by December 31 whether they will return to Germany or assume Italian citizenship.
