ANTI-SPY CAMPAIGN
Action Taken In America By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. WASHINGTON, December 16. The Federal Grand Jury indicted the Bookniga Corporation of New York and Moscow, publishers agents, on charges of violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act. The corporation and. three officials are accused; of illegally acting as Soviet propagandists. Officials of the Justice Department say the case actually marks the start of a Federal campaign against spies.
