Decrees nisi in divorce were granted in the following suits by Air. Justice Johnston in the Supreme Court, Wellington. yesterday llarrie Alorley 55’allis-Lloyd Sherwood (Air. C. H. Arndt) v. Lorna Phyllis Sherwood, adultery. A petition by Airs. Sherwood on the ground of separation was dismissed, and by consent of counsel for the husband the co-respondent named iu the husband's answer to the wife’s petitiou was dismissed from the suit. The evidence on which the husband was granted a divorce consisted of admissions made by the wife in evidence in a lower Court action in which the man named as co-respondent was concerned but which were dismissed. Wilfred Arthur Gilbert, Wellington (Mr. J. A. Scott) v. Hilda Gilbert, of Tanwortli. England, on the ground of desertion. An order for restitution of conjugal rights, to be complied with within 30 days, was made iu favour of Kenneth Gordon Young (Mr. -R. E. Pope),against Amanda Amelia Young,
