Woman Cyclist Injured
Serious head injuries aud concussion were received by Mrs. Thelma Guy, 77A Sutherland Road, Melrose, when she fell from her 'bicycle in Manchester Street on Saturday morning. She was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance at o.oa a.m. . . , A slight scalp wound was received by Mr. E. Ebbend. 3 Manchester Terrace, when a motor-cycle and side-car ran over a bank on the Houghton Bay Road at 4.55 p.m. yesterday. He was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance.
