The Soviet 16 m.m. travel-film, “Modern Russia,” will be screened at the Trades Hall, Vivian Street, tonight at eight o’clock. The film depicts the travels, of the Australian trade union delegation through the land of the Soviets. Suitable synchronized music, with commentary by Mr. Tony iMcGillick (who visited Soviet Russia last year), will accompany the screening,
