French Planes’ Success

Two air lights between French and Nazi machines are described in an article published yesterday in a Paris newspaper.

In one fight five French fighters attacked nine German machines. Five of the German machines were brought down and three French machines were lost.

In the other light three French machines were engaged by five German machines. Three of the German aeroplanes were put out of action and one French one was brought down. The remaining machines engaged each other and only one on each side was able to regain its base. —By radio.
