Truby King Troubadours' First Entertainment
“ATERKY MOMENTS,” the first entertainment to be presented by the Truby King Club Troubadours, which will be staged in the Concert Chamber on October 10, is well under way, rehearsals having proved most successful. Permission is being sought by the club to make tours of the military camps and give performances for the soldiers. Cora Duncan is responsible for the dancing side of the production an'd Cedric Wright is stage manager. Mrs. Ainslie is supervising on the vocal side, and has discovered some splendid singers among the performers. The girls’ dresses are the care of Ruth Skerman. Graeme Dowling is producing the sketches. What with songs, dances, sketches and ballets, the whole show promises to be something quite out of the ordinary.
