TERM: 20 years from October 1, 1939. SINKING FUND: A Sinking Fund of 31% will be established., (Interest and Sinking Fund will be paid out of the Boards ordinary revenues of approximately £200,000 per annum.) SECURITY: A Special Rate of 9-64ths of a penny in the £ on all rateable property in the Board's District; in addition, the ordinary revenues of the Board from the sales of electricity—A DOUBLE SECURITY. EXCHANGE: Debentures and interest coupons free of inland exchange. The Waitemata Electric-Power Board is one of the soundest institutions in New Zealand financially. BROKERAGE: On all applications bearing the stamp of any Bank; Member of the Stock Exchange; Solicitors; ot financial institution; brokerage at the rate of 1% will be paid. The Debentures are a trustee investment.
