"England’s Watching,” is the title of one of the latest patriotic songs to hand, the words and music of which were written and composed by Miss Joye Eggers, 11 young Wellington womun, still in her early ’teens. For so young an aspirant, the song is interesting, and the melody has a pleasant swing.
