LAYING WATERLOO QUAY TRAMLINES.—The new tramline now being laid will run from Customhouse Quay along Waterloo Quay and up Bunny Street, in front of the Railway Station. It will form a loop line with the existing routes, and will greatly improve pedestrian access to the wharves.
