Tauranga). in the House of Representatives, yesterday He said this was necessary because of the on tinned abuse of the money-order sys tern whereby persons desirous c remitting money abroad and dieilng dif ficulty in securing the necessary lr>tf'» from their banks circumvented the regulations by applying, either n their own name or in the name of other versons on their behalf, for a number of separate money-orders, each > f small amounts, but in many cases in the aggregate of a substantial sum.
