.At the instance of General Nogues, French Resident-General ill Morocco, the Sultan has signed a decree getting up a special “reserved zone” along the frontier of French Morocco, and of Spanish Morocco, in which unauthorised travel, the taking of photographs or films, and the making of sketches or plans is forbidden.
