WATCH FOR RUSSELL
Said To Be Bringing’ I.R.A. Funds LONDON, July 26. All ports are keeping watch for the reputed leader of the Irish Republican Army. Sean Russell, who is reported to be on route to Europe from America with £I26,(XX), which he collected from sympathizers.- He is not travelling under liis own name. If he lands in France he will receive unsympathetic treatment, and If lie lands in England he will be arrested. A large number of members of the Irish Republican Army returned to Eire yesterday to avoid being registered and photographed under the provisions of the new Bill. They hope to reenter the country later undetected
