STRONGER DEFENCES FOR EGYPT
Co-operation Of India And Turkey LONDON, July 25. The strengthening of Egypt's defences and closer liaison with Turkey are evidenced in messages from Simla and Cairo. It is officially announced that certain troop movements which are to occur in India shortly will be of a purely precautionary nature. It is understood that troops will be drafted to Egypt, where accommodation is- being constructed in the western desert. It is announced that Egypt and Turkey are exchanging military missions.
