COLLEGE OLD GIRLS

A very pleasant evening was spent in St. Peter's Young Women’s Club Rooms recently, when the social club of the Wellington Girls’ College Old Girls’ Association held its monthly gathering. The programme consisted of several interesting competitions, interspersed with vocal and elocutionary items by the Misses Melvyn and Vernice Aston, and concluded with a supper. The next social evening is to be held on the fourth Monday in July, and the play reading on Monday. July 10, both in the St. Peter’s Clubrooms, Ghuzneo Street.
