BOMBER CRASHES
Man Killed In R.A.F. Exercises (Received June 21, 12.20 a.m.) LONDON, June 20. A Royal Air Force sergeant was killed and an officer and an aircraftman parachuted to safety when a Fairey Battle bomber, which had been engaged in night exercises caught fire in mid-air and crashed near Netherhampton early this morning.
