On the casting-vote of tin? mayor, Mr. MacFarlane, the Christchurch City Council tonight decided against a committee recommendation tliat Ihe Minister of Marketing be asked to set up a tribunal to sit in Christchurch and fix the price of milk. A long discussion on the proposal disclosed an unusual party cleavage, several Labour councillors criticizing a recommendation of one ot their colleagues (Cr.
