«, Private Hospitals And Nurses CONTRACTS OF SERVICE A statement that 142 licensees of private maternity hospitals and 140 obstetric nurses had entered into contracts up to Friday to provide maternity services under the 'Social Security Act was made on Saturday by the Minister of Health, Mr. Fraser. The number of licensed maternity hospitals in each of the 13 health districts and the relative number of hospitals the licensees of which have entered into contracts are as follows:—
