Decrees Nisi Granted Tlie following decrees uisi were granted by the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) in the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterday:— Adam Alfred Wesley Zuber (Mr. W. H, Heine) v. Eden Clarice Zuber, desertion. Mabel Cordwell (Mr. T. A. Tarrant) v.- Arthur John Cordwell, adultery. Harriet Isabel Coyle (Mr. Tarrant) v. Joseph Coyle, separation. John Albert Gerard Lawlor (Mr. Tarrant) v. Mabel Rose Lawlor, separation. Ivy Joyce Gason (Mr. Tarrant) v. John Clarence Gason, failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights. Decrees for the restitution of conjugal rights were made in . favour of Marion Linton Tennent (Mr. W. E. Leicester) against Alan Arnold Tennent, of Charles James Parker (Mr. Tarrant) -against Esther Rita Parker, of John Campbell Alexander (Mr. Tarrant) against Annie Isobel Alexander, and of Claude Arthur Dawson (Mr. Heine) against Olive May Dawson.
