Appointments And Awards The following warrants of appointment have been granted to members of the St. John Ambulance Brigade:— A J Greenfield to be ambulance officer, Hutt Valley Railway Ambulance DiviS °R. McMullen and H. I. Chappell to be L e G R. G. Hall, C. M. Cathro, of the Hutt Valley Railway Ambulance Division, to be corporals. R. T. Anderson to be corporal, Makefield section. Nelson. Cadet proficiency badges have been awarded to the following: ■ First badge for cooking, fire-fighting, handicraft, clerical ability: F. Batchelor. Lower Hutt Nursing Cadet. Division. First badge for fire-fighting, hygiene, handicraft, public service: C. Jones and J. M’addell, Lower Hutt Nursing Cadet Division. . . , Second badge for .swimming, clerical ability, handicraft, and public service: J. Pryke, Lower Hutt Nursing Cadet DiviSl °Fi'rst badge for public service, hygiene, homecraft, and clerical ability: H. Butler. Napier Cadet Nursing Division. A Newtown ambulance division ot tne Wellington corps has been formed, and is registered as at March 29, 1939.
