Six Ministers To Attend Funeral Flags were flown at half-mast from public buildings in Wellington yesterday in mentorv of the late Mr. E. J. Howard, M.P. for Christchurch South, whose death occurred ou Wednesday. The Government will be officially represented at Mr. Howard’s funeral in Christchurch tomorrow by the Minister of Education. Mr. Fraser; the Alinister of Industries and Commerce, Air. Sullivan: the Minister of Public Works, Air. Semple: the Minister of Labour, Mr. 'Webb, the Alinister" of Housing, Mr. Armstrong; and the Alinister of Agrieulutre. Mr. Lee Alartin. Air. Semple and Air. Armstrong left Wellington for Christchurch last night.
