Waipukurau Borough Council Dominion Special Service. WAIPUKURAU, April 27. When nominations closed today for an extraordinary vacancy on the Waipukurau Borough Council, caused by the resignation of Mr. H. A. Martin, two nominations had been received, making a ,by-election necessary. The two nominees are Messrs. William Ashton Chambers and Harry Guilliard. The by-election will be held on May 8.
