MORE MONEY FOR ITALIAN ARMY
ROME, April 17. An extraordinary annual appropriation of £5,555.000 for 10 years has been announced "to strengthen I lie army’s lighting efficiency.” It is reliably reported that the money is required mainly in Albania and Libya and on the French frontier.
