Washington Avenue Request There is some difference of opinion in Brooklyn as to where the Washington Avenue shelter shed should 'be situated. Originally it was on the south side of the road but, on the suggestion of the Brooklyn Ratepayers’ Association, was reinov'ed to the northern side. Yesterday Mr. M. W. Thew presented to the Tramways Committee of the City Council a petition signed by 64 residents of Washington Avenue, requesting that the shed be restored to its original position.
