Rates On Sports Grounds From “The Dominion,” April 4, 1911. The sports bodies owning playing areas in AVellington are very well pleased that they have been able to prevail on the City Council at last to remit a percentage of the rates payable on sports grounds. The Westport Coal Company, has secured a contract to supply the railways of New Zealand with 76,000 tons of coal for the year.
