RUGBY, March 29.
The Parliamentary Secretary for Overseas Trade, Mr. R. S. Hudson, who has had talks in Warsaw and Moscow on trade matters, arrived at Helsinki today. He called on the Foreign and Finance Ministers and at a luncheon a't the British Legation met prominent British industrialists and businessmen interested in trade with Britain.
