SILENT SPECTATORS IN DOWNING STREET on Saturday evening watched the arrival of Ministers for the unexpectedly arranged meeting of the Cabinet which considered the Central European problem for more than two hours. A further meeting was called for yesterday morning, and a statement is ta be made afterward in both Houses of Parliament. Last September, when the first Czechoslovak crisis was at its height, similar crowds gathered, this picture being taken on that occasion.
