Australian Cabinet’s Decision CANBERRA. February 23. It is revealed tliat the Federal Cabinet last week reached a decision to shelve tiie national insurance scheme. Meanwhile it is understood tliat objections Io certain features of tiie scheme will be reviewed ami plans prepared for its extension in anticipation of its operation later.
