NO TOTALITARIANISM FOR SLOVAKIA
PRAGUE, February 21. Dr. Tiso, Premier of Slovakia, told the Diet today that Slovakia would not introduce a totalitarian form of government and that her laws would not contradict the teachings of the Church, from which the Government expected moral support. The volution of the Jewish question would not follow (he example >f others. The Government would support the emigration of Jews and would ask Jewish organizations til home and abroad to assist.
