Three New Subsidiaries Three new subsidiaries of Australian Consolidated Industries, Limited, formerly Australian Glass Manufacturers, Limited, liave been registered in Australia. The registrations are: —Australian Glass Manufacturers Company, Proprietary, Limited, formed to mannl'aeture and deal in all kinds of glassware, capital, £5,000.000 in £1 shares; A.G.I. Plastics Proprietary, Limited, formed to manufacture mid deal in plastic mid moulding ware, capital, £lOO,OOO in £1 shares; mid A.G.I. investments Proprietary, Limited, capital £3,000,000. The directors of tire two. firs't-named companies are Sir Alexander Slewart mid Messrs. E. N. Grirnwade. 11. W. Grimwatlc. I'". .1. Smith, W. .1. Sniit.li, and T. Alston. The Maine directors comprise the board of the invtwlment company with Hie exception that Mr. Alston is not included. The companies have been formed a> a result of the proposed reconstruction of the former Australian Glass Manufacturers Company, Limited, of Melbourne.
