Charges Of Obtaining Credit Dominion Special Service., PALMERSTON N., January 26. On three charges of obtaining credit while being an undischarged bankrupt, and without informing the firms concerned of his position, Arthur Douglas Wylie, radio salesman, Palmerston North, was committed to the Supreme Court la Palmerston North for trial by .Messrs. W. Lowe Black and W. G. Ashworth, J.l’.’s, in the Alagistrates’ Court today. Wylie, who pleaded not guilty to each charge, was represented by -Mr. A. G. Rowe. Mr. JI. It. Cooper appeared for the official assignee., The firms concerned were Joseph Nathan and -Co. (N.Z.).
