CAIRO, January 2-1.

Nashasbibi, leader of the moderate National Defence Party, announces that his parly will not join the delegation to Hie London talks, as it refuses to accept the Grund Mufti’s selection of delegates to represent it, one being u sick man and unlit for travel and die oilier being a partisan of the Mufti. He declared that the parly’s decision was unanimous and final. The party also reserved the right to refuse to recognize any arrangement reached In London.
