Resolutions

The League Council, in a secret session, drafted resolutions dealing with Spain and China, neither of which is likely to satisfy those most concerned. One expresses sympathy with China, reaffirming Japan as the aggressor. The other takes note of additional information about the bombing of civilians in Spain and condemns such methods of warfare.
