Rather Unsettled In Western Districts; Elsewhere Fair To Fine. Following is the weather report and forecast issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, for the 24 hours ending 3 p.m. today: — An anti-cyclone is advancing slowly on to the. northern part of the Dominion fiom 'the central Tasman Sea. , , .... The forecast is for winds between south-west and north-west; force suit lies.i to strong in exposed positions. Seas moderate to rather rough south of East Cape; elsewhere rough. Weather still rather unsettled in western districts, specially of the South Island and in the far north and south, with rain at times. Elsewhere mainly fair , to fine. Temperatures cool to moderate in the south and west, elsewhere mild to warm.
