A.M.P. SOCIETY

New Business Supervisor Mr. H. S. Beaumont, Christchurch, has been appointed new business supervisor of the Australian Mutual Provident Society in New Zealand, with headquarters in Wellington. Mr. Beaumont, who has taken over his new duties, succeeds Mr. 11. W. Piper, who has been appointed branch manager for the society in Queensland. Mr. Beaumont began iris career with the society as a junior clerk in Christchurch in 1920. In 1920 he joined Mr. W. Macßeth in partnership-in Christchurch as agents for the society. Since then he has personally written over £1.000.000 worth of business for the society. His appointment in succession of Mr. Piper at Wellington dates from January 1.
