CARTMER. —On January 11, 1939, at ' Wellington, John Cartmer, of 18 Knights Road, Lower Hutt, and second son of the late James and Mary Cartmer; aged 54 years. HOOPER. —On January 11, 1939. at Naihanai, Harriet, beloved daughter ot thg late John and Harriet Hooper, South Karori. MacINTYRE.— At Royston Hospital, on January 11, 1939, Hamish Maclntyre, Turamoe, Hastings, in his 18th year. Private interment at Havelock North Cemetery at 2.30 p.m. today, Thursday. McKENZIE. —On January 11. 1939. at his Residence, 266 Queen’s Drive, Lyall Bay, Wellington, Alexander, beloved husband of Mary McKenzie and father of Mrs. W. J. Girling, Blenheim; in his 83rd year. Interment at Blenheim.
