MILITARY APPOINTMENTS.—Col. I. T. Standish (left) will relinquish command of the Central Military District on Saturday, and will be succeeded by Col. E. Puttick (centre). Col. O. H. Mead fright) has been appointed Adjutant and Quartermaster-General, and Second Military Member of the Army Board.
