DR. SCHACHT.
It is believed that Dr. Schacht is seeking British co-operation to expand German export trade to Britain by 20 to 25 per cent., and that it is proposed that England and America shall pay for the increase, the free current portion of which will lie allocated to finance the export of German Jews, the remainder, probably the bulk, accruing to' the Reichsbauk. It is being said that, if Britain rejects the overtures from 1 lie moderates, tile extremists will gain the upper hand and launch the country, probably, into disastrous adventures.
