University Chib’s Meeting Keenly-contested races marked the final meeting for,the your of the Victoria Lmi-/ versity College Swimming Club, which was held at Thorndon baths on Wednesday night. The attendance was poor in comparison to' the numbers who attended the opening last week, the women, in particular, being very badly represented. The club will resume activities about January 24. Time, 72. Novelty event: Armour, 1; Ennis, 2. Dive (open) : Bridges, 1; Johnstone, MeNicol and Miss Cummins, equal. 2. Miss Cummins was the only entrant in women's events.
