Y fine ot £1 and costs was imposed by Mr J. H. Luxford. S.M., in the Magistrates’ Court, Wellington, yesterday, when James Cooper, textile worker, aged 61 appeared on a charge of being drunk in the Basin Reserve, Wellington, and using insulting language.
