MR. EDEN’S VISIT TO WASHINGTON

Conference With Foreign Relations Expert (Independent Cable Service.) (Received December 16, 1.10 a.m.) , NEW YORK, December 15. Mr. Anthony Eden completed his visit to Washington today with a long conference with Senator Pittman, chairman of the Senate’s Foreign Relations Committee, and therefore a man influential in shaping America’s foreign policy. Later, Mr. Eden was entertained at luncheon by the Acting-Secretary of State, Mr. Sumner Welles. Mr. Eden is returning to New York.
