Absence Of Jewish Competition

The Vienna correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” reports the absence of Jewish competition. Prices of many Christmas goods have increased 50 per cent. Fresh eggs- are unobtainable, butter is scarce, and milk is adulterated.
Investigating oflic'iuls fined a milliner £9OO for overcharging. Further fines are expected.
