SINGAPORE. December 11
Fifteen Japanese fishing boats left Singapore suddenly for Burmese waters. where it is believed they will keep watch for ships entering Rangoon with munitions for China via Burma and the Yunnanl'u Road. JAPANESE CONSUL REPLACED HONG KONG, December 11. The Japanese Consul-General, Mr. Nakamura, author of many placatory statements about the South China policy. Ims been unexpectedly replaced bv Mr. Tajari, who Hew from Tokio.
