NEW AUSTRALIAN CRUISER AT FREMANTLE

The latest addition to the Australian Navy, the cruiser Hobart, arrived quietly today from England. The Hobart is a sister ship to the cruiser Sydney. Her main armaments consist of eight six-inch guns, eight four-inch anti-aircraft guns, eight torpedo tubes and one Seagull plane with catapult.
