New Zealand Uniforms For Australia
Approval has been given by the Minister of Defence, Mr. .Jones, to a request from General Sir 11. G. Cbauvel, chairman of the finance committee of the Australian War Memorial Board of Management, for the issue of a uniform and equipment of an infantry officer, a mounted rilleman, and a nurse, for display in Ihe Dall of Memory and galleries of the recently constructed Australian War Memorial and Museum in Canberra. The nurse’s uniform has been presented in parts by various nurses who served iu the late war.
