Polish Rule Denounced

WARSAW, December 5.
Denouncing Poland's treatment of her Ukrainian minority, numbering between 5,000,000 and 0,000,000. Dr. Mudryj announced in the Diet that the Ukrainian Group was introducing a Bill demanding the right of self-gov-ernment.
Government speakers replied that Poles and Ukrainians had lived .together for 1000 years. The Ukrainians had fared better under Polish pule than elsewhere.
