Threat To Crush Japanese Neighbours

MOSCOW, November 7.

Tiie Defence Commissar, M. Voroshilov, in a speech at. a commemoration of the anniversary of the revolution today, threatened to “crush our stupid Japanese neighbours if they again give provocation like that at Changknfeng.” He declared that the Munich agreement was leading to a new imperialist war.

In the presence of Um German, Italian and Japanese Military attaches, M. Voroshilov stated that Russia was not afraid of any combination of enemies of the Soviet.

To-day's military parade was the greatest in the history of Russia. Thousands of troops in modern equip meat marched through the Red Square, followed by a gigantic civilian parade, in which 2,()WJ)0() people participated.
