Griebl Given Tip To Escape To Germany

NEW YORK, October 29.
A recess was granted in tlie spy trial until Monday after Busch had testified that Turrou had given tlie tip enabling Dr. Griebl, the Nfizi leader in the United States, to escape to Germany before a grand jury indictment could be entered.
He said Turrou telephoned Dr. Griebl with the information that tlie subpoena had expired and it would be a week before a substitute could be issued, after which Dr. Griebl embarked.
